I am Associate Professor at the Strategy and Innovation Department at Copenhagen Business School and Reserch Affiliate at the CEPR.

I hold a PhD in Business Economics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and an MSc and a BSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University. My research interests lie at the intersection of decision-making and governance in organizations with a special focus on gender and entrepreneurial firms. I am trained as experimental economist and consequently my main methodological approach is laboratory and field experiments to understand behavioural mechanisms dynamics within organisations in order to derive implications for entrepreneurship and management. My research has been published in leading academic journals such as Organization Science, Management Science, and Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.
